  • 12HSA is obtained by hydrolyzation of hydrogenated castor oil.
    The fatty acid having -OH group at the 12th carbon in stearic acid.
    The content of 12-hydroxystearic acid in our products is approximately 85%.
  • Yellow-white flakes at room temperature.

Castor oil poly fatty acid (KF-Series)

Profile

  • Polyricinolates (KF-Series) obtained by dehydrating and condensing ricinoleic acid at high temperature and reduced pressure.
    Our products are made from ricinoleic acid from castor oil and condense as it is without a catalyst.
    It is characterized by 1) less odor, 2) less decay, 3) less degradation, and 4) less foaming.
  • The properties vary depending on the degree of condensation.
